"Nothing on the chalupas, the tacos were the same way! Is taco bell running out of food or going broke? Spent way to much and didn't even get the order right."

"The service was absolutely atrocious the gal took our order and we had to grab our receipt from behind the corner because she went and sat on her chair in the office. Good thing we did because of course they forgot some food. God forbid I don’t want lettuce mixed into food that doesn’t have lettuce in it. Oh and don’t use the women’s or men’s bathroom. Feces on the toilet in the women’s and the man’s bathroom sink handle is so disgusting there is no reason to wash your hands. Both gals were so busy on their phones they didn’t care about the patrons. It’s unfortunate that the service here has declined this far, the food could have of been good if it wasn’t obvious that it’s been sitting far longer and the beans were crusty and the fries were SOGGY. Watching people walk out because no one greets or helps the customers that are in here. Oh and you can’t use the kiosks because the menus are inaccurate to what’s available."

"I should have taken pictures. Ordered a burrito with extra beans and a side of black beans. The burrito was woefully underfilled, with maybe half the amount of filling it should normally have. I even paid extra for the extra beans, and yet there was hardly any beans in the burrito. The side of beans cost over $2 for a measly 2-3 bites, the side-dish container being filled to less than half. This place is ripping people off. First time in my life I've felt like being one of those angry customers, although I resisted the urge. While I can understand little mistakes and inconsistencies, this is rank incompetence or worse."

"July 25th 2022 at 11:28pm Don't bother this place, they do not want your business. Please go to the Taco Bell north on Ankeny Blvd. where you'll receive better service and a better Taco Bell quality food. Every time I come here past 4pm I always get abused food thrown haphazardly into the paper sack with no particular order or concern for any hardshells that I may have ordered, additionally the food is rarely wrapped in any containing manner. Honestly, I'm tired of getting meals or food for free when it should have just been done correctly the first time. I have 20-30 single taco coupons in my truck that I haven't used (1 per visit) because I refuse to go here that often. I would choose somewhere else but I work late, it's the only place open and some days I get just several hours between shifts. Do your cooks understand that they're in the grind just like us, they're customers? Please advertise when we should NOT come here so that we can get better food and they'll have less to make. Andrew (the manager) I know you, or someone else sees these! Stop putting a band-aid on it and start getting rid of the bad eggs!
