Drop Zone Family Fun Center

"We are from out of town and stopped here so our kiddos could have some fun. However the one and only employee working was unwelcoming and just overall not pleasant. She just charged us and left the wristbands on the table for us to put on. We also got food and snacks. Took 15 mins to order and was also rude. We left shortly after. Wouldn’t waste my money there again. Not to mention, I’m not sure what she charged but it was $45 for a 10 and 5 year old. Maybe that’s what they charge here but I wouldn’t of minded the price if it had been a better experience."

"My teen daughter has autism. She is high functioning. There was an issue with one of the employees handling a situation improperly. The owner contacted me today, and we were able to come up with a resolution. I am very pleased how the owner handled this and with her decision as to how resolve the issue. Thank you."

"Recently had a birthday party there. Very unorganized, unprofessional and employees were beyond rude to us and the kids! Not only us but they were rude to all of the kids that were there. Kaiden one of the employees, I believe that was his name was constantly targeting kids that were doing absolutely nothing but just trying to have fun. He continued to pick on kids and kicked them off the trampolines and they weren't doing anything wrong. Nothing but teenagers running the place not a single adult behind the counters. Will not be going back there!"

"This place use to be fun and organize. I personally stop by a two weeks EARLY after work and schedule a birthday party for my kids. The day of the party I was running a five minute late to the jump time. Got there checked the kids that was there in and ask them to let the one that or not here come up.later the other kids and his parents come in when they told them they are with our party. 1hr later our party room was not read. I mean there was nothing in the room decoration beside the tables and chair. They was busy so I when up front and wait to get help and ask if they can do something about the room since I pay for a birthday party room.... the only thing they bought was some Plat and a one green table cloth. I have to keep going back and forth to ask for spoons, knives and different plat for cake. They cook our pizzas way too early by the time we got to eat it it was cold and they give me so much attitude. That they must up the birthday party plan that I have told them two weeks a head of the time. they was trying to say it my fall. The wost part was when one of the guy he said he was the manager keep arguing and he wasn't the one that booked the party. Think he can talk down on me...and when I want to get the lady that book the party with me personally. He said no.everything that the girl said he does not follow the girl.it got so bad that the 2-hour left he almost kicked my kid and I out was in the room was yelling and arguing saying that we have to leave. When the girl that schedule the party say we can stay since the my schedule got Mas up. This young man was in the room yelling while the kids was eating and about sing happened birthday. Ps there was lot of other stuff that was wrong with this place too. Some of the cow works was just laughing at my situation like it's funny I have 10 kids on top of this that are runing around. Yeah my kids and i are not going back until they get e new managers or team. THEY ARE SO RUDE AND NOT ORGANIZE."

"I am 34. I didn't realize how much fun I would have too haha! I brought my nieces and nephews and definitely an hour was not enough time. There is so much to do. Great family time space. A bit expensive, mostly because I have 5 nieces and nephews, but definitely worth the fun day we had. They talk about it all the time. We will be going back."
