"We were happy with the sunroom at first but when it rained it leaked. They came and re-sealed it but it leaked again.We ended up fixing ourselves because the owner would not call us back. We had to replace wood flooring twice at our expense. Did not even offer to pay it or give us any refund. Later one of our windows cracked, from heat of sun is all we can guess. Have been trying to reach owner for weeks but he won’t call us back. Voicemail is full. Would not recommend. To respond to your comment, my husband has been working with you. I am sure you know who we are since he has been leaving messages for 8 weeks+ with the number below and your name to get the window that cracked replaced. We just want it resolved so we can be done with this poor experience. Can you please address, what we hope, is this final issue. We want to support small businesses and honestly had my husband not had to be the one to actually fix the leaking issue due to poor caulking 2 times and window replaced in timely manner, this post would not be on here. We never asked to be reimbursed for the extra flooring and hours we spent fixing the leaks. We tried to be nice and understanding."
