"The lady that works up there was so rude. Told my kids dad he couldn’t retrieve my food after I already sent him up there claiming he needed to cancel it because she wasn’t going to give it to him all I did was place the order on the app I’ve sent him for my food plenty of times. He had to leave without my food and I’m unable to cancel my order so I’m stuck having to spend more gas to go get my food when they could have made it and gave it to him. She was so rude and impatient and when I called the manager simply offered to have it made fresh if we came back and grabbed it! Horrible customer service I will not be eating here again! My kids dad said there were more people standing around than people actually working as well. I definitely would not recommend. Oh and my kids fries were not fresh. As usual."

"Empty restaurant shows that this store is showing the scores above. Ordered a fish sandwich WITHOUT cheese....and AS ALWAYS, THERE IS CHEESE on it with the piece of paper saying NO CHEESE. OMG... and how about our food being discounted because we have to take our own order on none working machines, try to find someone for cups., clean our table before we sit.down????!!! .Makes us employees right? Eligible for free.or reduced meals in our books. For the price , we will be going to a sit down place with service and cheaper prices."

"I'm disappointed that they've changed to kiosks. We've been going after work for years and miss the friendliness of the staff. You have to wait for someone if only getting a drink and use cash."

"The fries were perfect (not too salty). We had a pretty big order and everything was included, nothing missing. The spicy chicken sandwich was juicy with good breading. The sodas were cold, the food hot. A good option for a quick and cheap dinner!"
