"Upon requesting just a cup of water, I was directed to pull up to the second window, only to be met with rude and dismissive service. The lady rudely told me to come inside the restaurant for a simple cup of water, displaying a blatant disregard for customer convenience and basic courtesy. This lack of professionalism and inconvenience tarnished what should have been a straightforward transaction. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this McDonald's location."

"Went to get McFlurries, they were maybe 1/2 to 2/3 full, so I asked them to top them up. Instead they gave us two new ones that were nearly as empty, my GF’s was melted, and they put almost no Oreo’s in it just Oreo dust. Just overall so disappointing, wish I could get my money back honestly."

"Slowest cycle times from order to actually getting your order. Doesn’t matter if in store. Or mobile for curbside. But, if you like luke warm food and long waits. And let’s not talk about higher menu prices for poorer service. I now know why we quit ordering food here."

"The last 2 times I’ve gone to pick up food they have everyone pulling forward no matter what you ordered. I can understand if they are waiting on fresh fries but that was not the case because the fries I got were barely edible. The first day all I ordered was a medium fry and a double cheeseburger… pull forward. A couple days later I just ordered a breakfast burrito and a sausage biscuit… pull forward. What are y’all doing?? There’s not even enough spaces to make EVERYONE pull forward no matter what."
