The person who came up front very rude said there are 2 people in front of you since only 1 agent on. I go that's ok we just have a few questions she goes are you a member and I go no nor yet. She took my form talked to the agent and said you have to book thru cruise line and said bye. I went to beyond travels very nice and helped us"

"I visited the website and was unable to purchase a ticket for my 16 year old online because even though he is allowed to fly by himself, the program insisted I mark 1 adult. When calling AAA to try to complete these travel plans, I was told they didn't do airline tickets? I ended up calling the airline direct. The AAA representative was respectful, but the service was limited."
