"First time. Ordered Garden Salad which was good. Parfait - as a side - wasn't bad. Bryson took our order but he forgot the frosted coffee. We realized it while eating and it was too late. Long lines, very loud and hectic place. Just wanted to leave."

"Hash browns we got at the drive through as you can see by the picture, we’re burnt to a crisp and tasted disgusting. Love chick fil a and their customer service is usually world class. This experience was very disappointing, in addition we asked for a drink carrier from the young man at the drive through and he actually looked perplexed and inconvenienced as to why we were asking for it. Completed the online survey which obviously was not a good one and then called the store to report the issue and had to solicit an apology. I don’t want a free replacement item, I’d rather they get better and retrain those young folks to truly embody the chick fil a model."

"I was there with my boss at lunch. I ordered. The bacon chicken Cobb salad with grilled chicken and it was to die for. ! I need a piercing three dressings and ate every bite. My boss, ed , Got one of their chicken sandwiches. He knows he likes and fries and help me try their fried sauce. That was good but not something that work nearly eight. Manager was extremely friendly... Staff was courteous and friendly and quick."
