Taco Bell

"Sat in the drive thru for 26 minutes, drive 4 blocks home and my food was cold. Anytime I go through the drive through at this location it's a 15-20 minute wait to get food. And I'm ordering from taco bell. Was told tonight that they only have 4 workers and I can get faster service from a sit down restaurant where you are not ordering tacos."

"Im the second car in line.... you wouldn't think it would take too long to get to the window right? WRONG! it takes 18 mins to get to the window. Just got you to get an order that they screw up and missing a burrito. This has been happening at this same location for over a year. The general manager was a nice young lady, but so full of incompetence you could almost smell it. The only answer she has is "we are trying to fix it". After a year of trying I think it's safe to say you have FAILED. it might be time to look for employment doing something a little less difficult for you"

"If I wanted to spend money on just lettuce and a tortilla I would go to hyvee.....literally spent 30 bucks for the family and got robbed of meat...... lesson learned Bellevue Taco Bell it is from now on....."

"Went through the drive thru at around 9:30 and tried to order KFC. Was told that it was closed at 9 and there were signs stating so. Didn't see a sign posted near the drive thru or on their big banner. Next, their menu is too far away from the speaker to be able to read it, and I have 20/20 vision. Finally, after being told they didn't carry several Taco Bell items that are normally carried at Taco Bells nationwide, I ordered two soft taco supremes. Pulled up to the window, see the sign about the store hours which makes no sense, and the employees were joking around and laughing and having a good time. When I got home to eat my order, I discovered the soft taco supremes were both missing tomatoes and lettuce. Not sure how they typically do things in Plattsmouth but I was underwhelmed."
