"Made an appointment for my passport and drove 50 min and the passport admin is out until the end of the month. I didn't receive any communication about my appointment being cancelled."
"I wish I could give 0 stars.. Went in today and had a horrendous experience with Nellie. I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about. She was abrasive, aggressive and refused to accommodate us during our passport appointment time. She threatened to throw away our paperwork because she just “doesn’t have the time”. It got to the point where she was yelling at my partner so needless to say we grabbed our paperwork before she could dispose of our important documents. Would not recommend. No wonder it’s so easy to get an appointment here.."
"Was helped by Nellie and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in to finalize mine and my daughters passport paperwork and send it off as well as take our passport photos. I noticed right away the woman was short with her answers and not very nice. She didn’t even make eye contact with me while speaking to me. Nellie was rude and unprofessional and took my photo extremely fast. I expressed to her I wasn’t ready and I think I had blinked. She did not show me the photo but said it was fine. When we got up to the front I saw the photo and was extremely unhappy. My daughter also noticed hers was blurry. I asked for another photo and she refused. I reminded her I was paying for this service and was allotted over 20 more minutes for our appt times (as she was rushing through our appt) and that it would only take a second. She was condescending and told me she “can’t take another photo for every ‘lady’ that comes here wanting another one”. I told her this wouldn’t have been an issue if she didn’t rush through the photo process and had done it right the first time. My partner even tried to reason with her. She then raised her voice further at me and my partner and refused again and also refused to give me a refund and threatened to throw my paperwork away. Needless to say I walked out being charged over $418 with absolutely nothing besides time wasted and my passport process being pushed out even further. Avoid this location and/or Nellie if possible."
"The blonde hair lady is racist! No good customer service. She told my friend and I that they hold packages for 30 days yet when the package arrives, she returns them instantly. It's my 1st time in Nevada yet she is the most racist person I've met since I've been here."
"This post office is the best one that I have been to. We needed to get a passport appointment and this was the only post office not booked out for 3 weeks in the Reno/Sparks Tahoe area. Nellie Bradshaw was the only worker there and she is the most pleasant postal worker that I have met! She was very quick, efficient, and knew all documents we needed in order to make the process go smoothly. She completed 4 new passports in under 30 minutes when it would normally take over an hour!"
