"I don't really know that this is actually Smart Start location. This is not the first time I've been led to a location that is not actually a calibration point. It happened and Chicago as well. If it is actually a calibration point it doesn't look like it and there are no signs. There was no one around to ask and I was not trying to knock on a creepy door in South Omaha. I did try to call to verify it was location but all of the numbers just go back to the main Smart Start automated system which is not helpful. Location regardless this company is not great"
"Terrible company, long waits on hold, doesn't put information in correctly, systems don't work. Waited two days for ignition interlock to install and they couldn't get it calibrated. Complete joke."
