"Horrible service I’m so ashamed I made this recommendation to a sister who was in a crisis, I realized after sending this website these were not the movers that helped me, , they over charged her awfully she had no living room furniture just a couple of beds , and a few other boxes she and her son moved most the boxes themselves.. it was raining they tracked mud and soot from the parking lot in into the apartment on her carpet which she has to pay for now, they over charged it wasn’t even a half hour away they charged like it was an out of town move as they seem slow and not picking up the pace to charge by the hour I’m disgusted how she was treated .. she even ran out and bought them water and coffee, they took advantage of a single mom who was in a crisis !! I would not trust the integrity of this company!"

"I called Dale answered and gave me a price on a delivery the day before delivery he called my wife to let her know what time they where going to show up at that point they told her he was going to charge more for taking down the old furniture. When I called dale he told me that he was charging me more and he was very rude. Ashley furniture should not do business with people like Dale."

"Worst customer service experience I ever endure and I’m sure it’s because I’m black. Dale was a very rude person and he really needs to practice on being a better businessman. He refused to deliver my things because I called him out on his lie and for the simple fact you only have a couple reviews says a lot. I would be getting my attorney involved because I feed racially discriminated. Don’t go through this service. And always be kind and professional no matter what because you don’t know what can happen."
