"I was in the store this past weekend with the intentions of buying a new $2500 Blaz'n smoker. The sales rep was busy assisting another customer, so I waited patiently. They ended up leaving the store after about 15minutes and the sales rep turned and walked back to the office to sit down, instead of assisting or even acknowledging me in the store (I was there approximately 25-30min at this point). The store has a great selection of rubs and sauces, just lacks ability to recognize or acknowledge potential customers. I hope you have a better experience."
"If you need some spice in your life. This spot has it! Have some meat needing rubbed? They have 100 different kinds! Grab a can of Duck Fat. Amazing on veggies and taters. Just a flat out cool store and great people."
