"Ordered online called 4O mins after my food hadn’t showed up to see where it was and the lady said the driver was about to leave. So waiting another like hour and she said my order was just delivered and I looked and it wasn’t at my door and they never knocked.. she’s like well it was delivered.. asked if I wanted it redone and I’m like yes! So waited another 30 mins and finally my food arrived.. I wouldn’t call this freaky fast.. and potato salad was only half full lil ridiculous for what u pay for it.."

"They frequently have messed up my orders. Today, I did not catch it until I got home. They refuse to refund me for the extra sandwich I was charged for amd claim their system will not allow this. They straight up stole from me and told me they won't give a refund. GO TO A DIFFERENT JIMMY JOHNS!"

"I love Jimmy Johns I absolutely love it for many reasons but my experience tonight changes everything. It’s 5 minutes before close and I pull up to the speaker and they welcome me I tell them I want a number 4 as a giant and they then tell me they are closed. They were not closed. Unacceptable. I’ve worked at subway for 3 years and if we locked the doors early we’d be fired. Extremely disappointed."
