"A lot of these bad reviews seem to be credible complaints of a logistics company that isn’t as fast as other larger providers, but Credit where credit is due: from my few experiences with this company they are on the slow side but reliable. Their tracking information both times I have used them is updated every step of the way. Would i prefer that my packages move more rapidly to their destination? Sure, but from my experiences with them, I don’t think it’s reasonable to dock them more than one or two stars. They handled the packages well: no damage. They kept all parties informed every step of the way. The packages arrived within delivery window. Perfectly reliable logistics handler. Just not lightning fast."
"I have now had the unfortunate experience of having a package shipped for the 2nd time through this company. It seems like the package will sit with them for a week before it goes to the USPS for the last segment, thus drastically holding up the shipping times. I cannot understand why anyone would ship with this company I would rather pay a few bucks extra to have USPS take it all the way, at least they are reliable."

"This is the second time I have ordered from Dixxon flannels and they ship with OSM. Tracking shows it took 4 hrs to get from chandler AZ to North Las Vegas NV then a few hours later it left north las vegas. That was on 1/5/24 now it's the 8th and there has been no update. It just shows that usps is awaiting the package so they can send it the rest of the way to me here in las vegas. The first time I ordered it was the same thing but it was only in limbo for 2 days not 3. Praying my flannel gets here by Wednesday."
"I live in Phoenix and my package has been sitting in your Las Vegas hub for over three days. I ordered the item on Nov 30 and it is still not yet delivered to USPS and sitting in your Las Vegas hub. It is now Hanukkah and my package is still not here. I would be better off driving 5 hours ot Vegas to get it myself.. this was for my daughter's Hanukkah gift.. why do you guys just refuse to take my package to USPS?? Literally 8 days and it isnt even to USPS yet. I will pay for FedEx shipping next time had I known "Free shipping" meant this awful service."
