"The team did a great job of disassembling the office furniture, and getting it all the the new location without any damage. They put it all back together and got it done in record time! One plastic wheel fell off of a chair, but it was an old chair. :) They were strong, reliable and very friendly! Will definitely use them for my future moving needs."

"There are many moving companies to select from. But Discount Movers has not disappointed - they are totally professional, very on time, and extremely polite and courteous. This is was my 3rd time using Discount Movers within a 12 month period. We went for 2 men / 3 hr and it was perfect. Ronnie was very professional in his assessment of the items to move, what was needed to ensure items were protected at all times between transportation, and how items were to fit into storage while helping to maximize storage space. His team was very polite, always saying "excuse me" or "excuse us" when they had to pass in front of us. They used various accessories to protect, lift, ensure each item (lite and heavy) were properly secure when leaving our home, loading onto the truck, and the safely placed wherever the next destination was. Always communicating how we wanted items stored and placed. Phil is a great project manager and doesn't try to over sell number of men or hours - truly appreciate this side of Phil. "Would not recommend theses guys to my worst enemy. I actually made it as easy for them as possible by bringing all 21 boxes out of storage and next to where I knew they would park, so that in storage it just had the bulky stuff (2 dressers, 3 side tables, 2 couches and a bed frame that was already broken down. It took them an hour and a half to load the truck as we were leaving to the next destination he decided to have a phone call and make me wait 15min. because I had to let them out of the gate. They followed me most of the way but got separated at a stoplight, thinking they should have directions on their phone, I guess not because I waited 20min at the security checkpoint of my building for them. So they finally get to my apartment and sit in the car for another 20 minutes. I asked them was everything okay, and the said yeah just doing paper work...I have delt with movers before and everytime they did the paperwork AFTER the job was done. We were on the 3rd floor without an elevator that I told the person who I booked it with. They scratched up our dresser dirtied our couch that had a cover in storage but not when they decided to take it up. I of the guys thought he could handle a 3 seater couch by himself and actually ended up damaging our wall...He told me his manager would contact me and he took pictures but I havent heard anything from them yet. Theres still a few other negative things but hope you get the point. To wrap this up I feel like these guys milked the clock until their next job started and didnt respect any of my belongings, dont waste your time."
