They were friendly and very professional and showed care for our belongings. We ended up with two broken dishes which clearly was a result of the way we packed that box. No complaints at all. "My husband and I had our household goods moved from Europe, and Berger Allied was brokered by its parent company to deliver to us. All went well until the delivery, when Berger’s team lead was unable to find the legs to our dining table. The dining table is tempered glass and chrome, weighs between 350 and 450lbs, and requires 3 people to set up safely. The lead said that if we were able to find the legs (many boxes were still not opened), the team would return to set up the table. After a few days of unpacking, we were able to locate the dining table legs, and contacted Berger to request a return to set up the table. The Berger rep Andrea communicated that she would call my husband back that day, did not, we left a follow up call the next week, and no return call. We were let down and ended up having to set the table up ourselves. Interesting that part of the move contract was that all of our furniture was to be set up by the delivery team, we waived that service EXCEPT for the dining table. Unfortunate, especially because our international representative Fernanda Enriquez did such an exceptional job in taking care of us, and we were not able to rate her."
