"My friend ordered rib eye steak and got a6 Oz sirloin that was junk left overs from something. He told the waitress and she walked away and did nothing. Talked to the owner tonight and he put the blame on the customers. Took no responsibility for the screw up. Won't ever go back to this place. Drinks are also watered down and way over priced"

"The restaurant was very busy. Decided to wait to get a table 30 min. Arrived at restaurant at 6:30 food to table 8:00. Other tables that ordered after us received their food before us. Windsor chop very good, shaved steak sandwich was ok. Wait was too long. Waitress service was good."

"REVIEW EDITED: Due to owners response and complete inability to own up to what was witnessed by several people at our table I have reduced my stars. The server was in tears when she came back out!!!!!! Tried the place twice now. First time took over an hour for our food and it was not super busy. Food was undercooked and extremely small portions for the grilled chicken. Left hungry. Salad bar was a mess. We wanted to give it another chance as we thought perhaps it was an off night. Second time the waitress was awesome and provided excellent service. However, the kitchen got the order wrong. We ordered the special for the night, hamburger steak, but they brought an actual steak. Sent it back. When sent back we could hear the kitchen being harsh to the waitress which she did not deserve as she had placed our order correctly and reviewed it with us prior to sending to the kitchen. When the food arrived we were shocked at the difference in portions. You get double the food for the cheaper meal compared to the tiny steak meal they brought out by mistake, so happy we got the special because we would have left hungry if had ordered the steak. Food was bland and needed flavor other than grease. Salad bar was a disaster area. Messy and under stocked. Due to all this we will not be back."
