"If I could give this place a negative star I would. I enroll mid month for a trial period. When I tried calling them to cancel my gym membership they stated I have to give them a 15 days notice, but there was only 15 days left of that month. Guess, I have to cancel the same day when I enroll for the trial. Also, the pool is unsanitary and nasty things floating in it. #somuchforchristianvalue"

"I signed up my 4 and 5 year old for dance. My 4 year old was the first class she was nervous and scared so I decided not to take my 5-year-old because of the instructor can't interact with all the children then they don't need to be there. So I emailed them telling them that this wasn't a good fit for them with the instructor that they had she interacted with every other child that was scared. I asked for a refund they denied me and said they would only give the 4 year old in house credit it was a lot of money for my house hold so I will never take them back to the Y because if they can't interact with a child they shouldn't even be an instructor they need to interact with every child!"

"Visited the YMCA outdoor pool in South Sioux City today and I have to say out of all the pools weve visited this summer (Sioux City and Vermillion pools), this was by far our favorite because of the staff. The lifeguards did their jobs, but also made it fun and were friendly. Hayden went out of his way to provide coworkers with waters and got to the kids level when explaining rules.They would interact with the children on breaks and were friendly when correcting behaviors. They also practiced a drowning during a break and did a great job! Way to go SSC lifeguards. Keep up the good work!"

"I started my fitness journey at Norm Wiatt Sr. YMCA three and a half years ago. I didn't know how to use the weight machines, I didn't know how great the teaching staff were, and I definitely didn't know if I was going to like spending a lot of time at the Y. I love this place. I love the way I feel when I leave. I love the way I look the next day. And I love the endorphin high I get every time I have a fantastic workout."
