"If there was a zero star I would 100% give that. First, I received a text from pelaton telling me my package was out for delivery, and would be arriving in 15min. I am waiting, and waiting and waiting, an hour goes by an nothing. So I check the tracking number and it says attempted. No phone call no nothing saying there was an issue with delivery. Now mind you I live on base yet I left detailed information on which gate to go through with a commercial truck. But did these smart delivery men read that? Nope went to the opposite gate with a 16ft truck. So I called dispatch and we figured things out and got a new delivery time for 230-330pm. They finally call at 330 saying they were unable to get through the gate and that maybe tomorrow they would deliver, but dispatch assured me the drivers should have the proper documentation to proceed through the gate. So I informed them, they were at the wrong gate (again) and that we would meet them at the right one to get them on. Well to my surprise this is how my pelaton bike arrived. In his personal vehicle, with a friend not from the company who had nonID to get on base, my bike is not secured down, and the monitor is just laying in the bed of the truck. And when asked if it was secured while he was driving he said yes, when clearly there was nothing to tie this down and keep it from being damaged. How he thought this was professional and acceptable I have no clue. And if we did not come and meet him at the gate was he just going to go home in his personal vehicle with my bike?? This driver needs to be fired so this never happens to anyone ever again."

"I work there. We are friendly. We're efficient in what we do. Handicap accessible. And available for delivery or pick up of items ordered and delivered to you're home. We do appliances, furniture, peloton bikes, row machines and treadmills."

"I wish they had a zero rating or even a negative one. If you have these guys for your final mile your up the creek without a paddle. They gave me excuse after excuse week after week. 1) Wrong warehouse. 2) Smoke! 3) Delivery driver sick. Oh it went on and on until finally after six weeks I said I'll pick it up myself. I had an authorized release and was told to contact Gerald to pick it up. He had a knee operation and had to put it off another 3 days. I finally went down there and he told me he cancelled the order. Real son of a gun this guy. I had a few choice words - who wouldn't. He called the police on me. Finally the company FED EX'd me the pack and it arrived 3 days later. Stay away - far away from these bunch of LOSERS ! ! !"

"Delivery team dropped my treadmill on its side while unloading the box from the truck. The box was 3’ tall when placed on its side and fell flat when it tipped over. The treadmill base is extremely heavy and took two employees to bring it into my home using a dolly. The treadmill base was supported by a wood frame and did not have substantial protection. When I mentioned that the box was dropped to the employee he responded that my “treadmill works and boxes are thrown around all the time.” I now have to call Peloton to replace my unit."

"Id give a zero star but that is not available. They claim they rang the door bell. When they called me, their number was flagged as spam; they said to call their number back, I called 6 times no one ever answered. I called corporate 4 times on two different phone numbers. No one picked up. I finally got through an hour later to corporate who said that the drivers cant receive inbound calls. They said it was my fault. Essentially I have to reschedule my delivery. Their drivers are so lazy and lied about me not being at my home and ready."
