"I ordered the garlic parmesan chicken strip basket and they gave me four untossed for 15$. I'm a pretty upset person are now."
"6:30 pm 8/4/23 I paid $15 for a 4 pc. basket of honey bbq chicken strips and a large fry and this is what I opened my box to. Next to no sauce on my chicken strips and eight fries in the box. AND I waited over 10 minutes in the drive through. Be so for real."
"What can I say. It's DQ people. If you don't like DQ, then you need to lighten up on that diet you're on. If you're lactose intolerant, then I feel for you. Love the Peanut Buster Parfait, Dilly Bars, Chili Dogs, Blizzards, Shakes, and gotta have Ice Cream Cake for family B/Day's. Much more spendy these days but what isn't right. Great lunch specials, too."
"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I read the reviews before arriving thinking it can’t be that bad right? Wrong. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this DQ gets mine today. I ordered the same thing I always get at other DQ locations, how hard is it to mess up a burger and chicken tenders? Apparently very hard. My burger tasted nothing like an A1 burger, compared to other locations I didn’t even eat it after one bite and I’m not very picky. My tenders were cold and soggy not crispy at all (usually when I order tenders they are extremely crispy and “fresh” tasting) , I ordered a mint brownie blizzard, absolutely horrible I don’t know how they make them but it was like they took green dye and pumps of mint and didn’t even mix it , oh and there was about 2 brownie pieces in the entire blizzard. What a waste of $24 dollars. The only thing that was decent was my root beer. The lady that took my order was extremely rude at the speaker, then I get to the window and of course my puppy is on my lap waiting for his pup cup which is usually always offered immediately for free at every location I’ve ever been to in the Midwest. We’ll this lady either hated dogs or is just always miserable, she gave me my food with a snark look and attitude and I asked if I could have a pup cup, then rudely kept repeating what do you need now?! As if I had asked for a bunch of things not at the speaker. So I got handed a whip cream cup instead of ice cream for my pup, which whatever at-least she gave him something but I could have done without the attitude the entire time. I will definitely not be a returning customer here and sure in hell don’t recommend it. Extremely disappointed."
"Normally I get decent shakes from this location but the last few times.. not so much. I always order a hot fudge shake. Last time it was basically vanilla. This time assuming it would be the same, I ordered an extra pump of fudge. Now there is way too much chocolate. If I wouldn't of asked for the extra pump I'm sure it would've been fine. I really wish they would all get on the same page as to how many pumps go in a shake so I know how to order my order. I'm disappointed because once again, my shake is gross. I don't like vanilla and I don't want to be drowned in chocolate. This place is too expensive for mess ups."
