"Download a map before you go....a few turns are not signed properly. Otherwise, great views...can be a bit touristy due to the hot springs so starting by 9am is recommended."
"What a great hike! We did the AZ Hot Springs and did it counter clockwise. The trail down to the river was unbelievable! The slot canyons were amazing! We had trouble finding the hot springs but with help we found them. It was very difficult from the river to the Springs due to the sketchy ladder you had to climb. The pools were natural hot springs and incredible. We continued on the counter clockwise trail and found the path to be steep and long. In himd sight, I would do the first half down and back."
"The hot spring and getting to it is beautiful and toastie. On a hot day it could be worse but felt like an easy hike in and a moderate hike out. Beautifully slit canyon colors and shapes. Maybe 20 people could take a dip at the same time but it would be quite cramped. If you're not into nudity consider yourself warned. Despite what the sign at the trailhead says the ladder is up as of 12/17. Use is discouraged to avoid injury. Also saw 2 mountain goats real close that seemed used to seeing people. Be nice to them please."
