"We ordered 2 mcgriddles and a McMuffin, but the lady in the drive thru never added one of the mcgriddles,we asked them nicely that they forgot to add a mgriddle then the manager started yelling at me telling me I never said that at the drive thru, when I added the sandwich and paid for it, she told me to move and to “hurry up and move I got a line of people waiting.” this lady was very unprofessional and rude as a manager."

"Was in the drive-through and there was a car in front of me that obviously had some problems. I totally understand but after 20 minutes the car was finally parked and I moved up front and my food was cold. I ordered a burger and fries obviously it had been sitting there the whole time I was waiting Just a regular Wednesday night at 10:50 ish at night just upsetting that I had to wait so long for cold food. There was no apologies. I just paid for my food and left not knowing how cold it was."

"McDonald's has the same old tired and boring menu that they have had for decades and decades. Adding a new shake flavor or bringing the McRib back periodically doesn't help the below mediocre food options that are consistently on the menu. The only thing McDonald's has going before itself is fast service."

"Ordered a big mac on app 3 minutes out, had me pull ahead in parking space. Another 3 minutes, brought out the sandwich. 4 minute drive home and the hamburger cold upon eating. Slice cheese came right off burger, meaning was never hot. Avoid this place at all cost, place is a joke."

"Ordered through the app so I wouldn't have to wait. Place order at 6:50 and parked in spot 2. App confirmed order was coming to spot 2. I had to go in to get my order. Was told I had been waiting on fries. His ice was half melted and my frappe was sitting awhile as well. No apology. There was a kid helping out and not in the clock. I don't understand, as it was clear they had plenty of staff not were running a disorganized chaos of a place."
