"Tries to go there with my daughter. She has celiacs so I asked if they could wipe down the counter, change gloves, and switch the utensils. Other places have no problem doing this. They said they needed to call to find out. Made us wait 30 minutes while they helped other people just to tell us no. The manager Derek, had AirPods in his ear the whole time. He was rude and unprofessional. My daughter was so upset. Left crying."

"Waited over 30 minutes to receive the order. After waiting about 10 minutes I was informed by a store employee they were out of pork for a item that was ordered so I contacted customer to inquire what to substitute for pork. After waiting for about 20 minutes I was informed by a employee they were out of queso and needed to know what the customer wanted substituted for it...Really!!! This was one of the worst fiascos I've experienced and I've made over 2000 deliveries! Wow! Thats all I can say after my experience tonight."

"I am always satisfied by the quality of service we receive when we visit Qdoba on Hamilton, but what we experienced today was worthy of a review. I watched a team of two, maybe a third hidden in the back working behind the scenes, put an entire College Baseball team through the line, without missing a beat. There had to have been at least 30 people and they were all seated and eating in about 10 minutes! The team was well composed, provided excellent service and made sure everything was hot and fresh! You don’t see that every day! Maritza and Jesse, job well done!"

"Generally have pretty good luck here. The fresh lime salt chips are quite good, so I generally get nachos with chips on the side. It’s just one entree price, but you get a bit more in the bowl without the chips being in there and then they won’t get soggy either. Ingredients are fresh, portions a decent, and your meal can be whipped up pretty quick. Place is usually fairly clean, and I find most staff friendly and helpful if needed as well. As with most places, consistency can vary as far as portions, service, but over all, mostly good here. I would certainly give this place a try if you haven’t to see what your own thoughts are."
