"25 minutes in the drive thru! There are two lanes at the drive thru. Lane 1 moved six cars through while lane 2 took one order. My dashboard clock revealed that it took 17 minutes to get to the order board where I was told " Give me a minute "... I waited more than a minute and finally called out "hello??. The response was "I'll take your order now."--' no apology for the wait, absolutely poor customer service. I waited as another 3 cars moved thru lane 1. When I finally got to the pay window, I very gently stated that lane 2 was moving slowly-- it appeared by his clothing that he was the manager and taking orders for lane 1. But, he clearly not care at all that the lanes were moving in a 6 to 1 ratio as he turned his back to me. No " Sorry for the wait" from him either. At least two cars left the lane 2 lane and one backed up and moved to lane 1-- they made the smart move! Interestingly , the receipt indicated I was invited to take a survey only if I was "highly satisfied." Be assured, I will take the survey and express my dissatisfaction. Really, how much time does it take to acknowledge that the customer was waiting an extraordinary long amount of time or to say , "Good Morning." My total time at the drive thru-- 25 minutes! Ridiculous."
