"They delivered a damaged product. It was already damaged, but they clearly damaged it more, as the package was not even on the pallet, all the way. I refused the package, in writing. They delivered it to me, AGAIN. They got my roommate's 80-year-old Mother to sign while I was at work. They said I could bring it back. That didn't seem my job, but I took the offer, as soon as my back was good enough to lift the package, and I told them that. Then, after I managed to get the thing in my van, they changed their mind. They would not allow me to bring back the package that I refused, in writing. --- The people sending me this toilet, for the third... time called it "the boomerang" as a joke. I had to pay over 200 dollars each time to return the same damaged toilet, again and again. It was not funny, to me."

"If you are using this carrier make sure to be as proactive as possible and don't assume anything with them. I had a shipment that had been marked as delivered, only to find out 2 weeks later that it had not been. Make sure to get the POD and confirm receipt with the delivery location. Their customer service team seems nice and easy to communicate with but they don't seem to have good internal communication"

"Worst place to deliver had my appointment on Monday at 5 Am dropped my trailer at 4:40 Am and get it back Wednesday morning around 4 and no they will never call you to update you need to keep calling there dispatch to see what’s happening with your trailer and good place to park your bobtail or truck incase you here early or missed your next load is at galaxy theaters and casino cannery they have truck parking food bathroom all your needs expect showers good luck everyone"

"Lied about the status of an important shipment repeatedly. Stated it would arrive and was on a truck for delivery for multiple days but it never showed up. Turns out it was lost. We only found out after one of our own employees was asked to search their warehouse floor. No one cared but finally got one employee who tried to help but there wasn't much she could do since the shipment was missing. This hasnt been the first time."
