"I want to rate this a negative star. They put everything on my burger even though I asked not to and the screen also said that as well. I also asked for a chocolate shake and the person taking my order said let's be like McDonald's and say our ice cream maker is out. Would not recommend especially since I was the only customer their."

"I have a big family. I ordered 10 whopper juniors and 3 large fries. I was asked to pull around to the front door, and then was reprimanded by the manager for not calling my big order in. This was not a big order. This is what I order at any fast food burger joint and have never been asked to call it in. It didn't even take very long to come out to me, but the food was all cold. I am giving low rating for poor service and poor quality of food."

"Extremely slow service! I know places are hurting for help. But this is the worst Burger King! They turned us away one time at 10:30am because they were already behind on lunch. Another time they were training during lunch time and it took 30 minutes to get food. Then today it took forever with only 2 cars in the drive through and this is what they found acceptable for French toast sticks. What a joke!"

"We asked and we were told they no longer have salads. Instead, I ordered a Whopper without the bun and in turned out great! I very much enjoyed it. My daughter got some sort of board game in her kids meal that she seemed to enjoy putting together with dad. Overall good visit"
