"For a new restaurant it it was severely lacking. Everything was dirty. Soda machine wasn't working right. Dirty tables floors were a mess. Staff had plenty of time to spread gossip and be on phones."

"So me and my wife, we went to McDonald’s today and Sioux Falls, South Dakota off of Minnesota by Circle K all right we ordered two double quarter pounders a double cheeseburger at 10 piece nugget waited 10 minutes for our food as I was eating my food I started to see pink and my burger, My wife noticed it and I paid no attention to it. I was like it’s fine. It’s just I was cooked a little bit so I’m eating The meat is starting to get pink more so I tear the meat completely apart and this is what I get so I go back up to the front I asked for the manager the manager was real rude to me about the She wanted to refund me the money for the quarter pounder that you see right here I want all my money back then I had to wait for a supervisor to give me my money back then at that the supervisor didn’t even offer to make all my food over then I asked how long do y’all cook y’all meat and she said they cook meat for 90 seconds They should feel really embarrassed and ashamed about their self"

"Terrible service in the drive thru. The 3 windows dont work and they always always ask you to pull forward to one of the two waiting spots. While you wait five people behind you get food. It doesnt matter the time of day either its always a mess in the drivethru. They will almost always dump your fries upside down as well. And they only fill them half the way up in the first place. If you want Mcdonalds go to another one. This one will only frustrate you. Food is not great either"

"I went to the drive thru. I haven't been to McDonald's in a few years and this visit reminded me why. I asked if I could get the breakfast burrito meal but in a bowl and it was as though they had never encountered "no tortillas" before. I get it, how do you input that in the system so that the folks making the food understand the request - that's a fair reason to pause but then they seemed to forget everything else. We had more to order than that one thing but that seemed confusing enough to stop our order. Once we were able to finish our order, we received our food but it did seem to take a good while. I don't know what the folks ahead of us ordered but it took a while. My son had a McGriddle which he said was good. For me, while my dish didn't look super appetizing, that is on me for asking for something in a bowl which they didn't have smaller bowls for and they didn't seem to know what to do with. The part I was most upset about was the orange flavored water they were trying to pass as orange juice. It was so disappointing. I appreciated that they were able to accommodate my request for breakfast burrito bowl but I think I broke them with that request cause the oj failed after that. At least my son got a good breakfast sandwich out of it. And to be clear, the breakfast burrito in a bowl was good, but the oj just killed it for me."
