"The staff here is incredible. Veronica and Jeff always do a fantastic job. I use this post office daily to ship items out of the Owens Valley and they are always kind and do a great job. Grateful to have them in my small hometown to make running my business easier. Thank you Jeff and Veronica!"
"The lady , Veronica i belive is her name , is so rude. So i had the pleasure of dealing with her almost everytine i went in to pick a package up abd for some reason its never there when on my tracking its there everytime .I went a day later after the first time it wasnt there but again same result. So after each time she would tell me it wasnt there i would have my grand mother pick it up and she got the package everytime. She is the head on the po box. I presented my Id withthe po box on there everytime but she never gives it to me . Now on to sending packages and getting argued with that im giving the wrong address . I believe i would know where im sending stuff that i paid for . It just feels like a hassle every tine i had to deal with her . I am not the only person with these problems ive been told. UPDATE!!!!!! Nothing has changed she's still the same if not worst . I absolutely dread going to the post office knowing I could possibly run into her. She really asked my fiance if she was broke today because we don't have a PO box . They need to reevaluate their worker there . At least the older gentleman is really nice. It makes you feel like we're safe from a crisis when walking in and seeing him there , it's a breath of fresh air the two times I had the luxury."
"I spoke with Jeff at Lone Pine post office on two occasions. I had a package delivered there for some PCT hikers and they missed the stop. Jeff was so kind to change the address and forward the package to a different stop. He went out of his way to make sure the package is delivered. It is so nice to deal with kind people in the service professions. Thank you Jeff, from Wisconsin."
"The head cashier here is very rude and unfriendly. On top of that, she is an extortionist. General Delivery is a free service offered by USPS, and she charged me $10.75 to pick up two small packages. I even called ahead to ensure they offered general delivery, and there was no mention that I was going to be charged for packages I had already paid shipping for. A local stopped me outside and said that what she did was very wrong and that everyone in town has problems with this particular clerk. She allegedly doesn't charge locals for their mail but only charged travelers since it's a popular travel destination. It's really not okay that she did this. I recommend not stopping here if you are just passing through, since you will not be treated with any kindness or respect."
