"Hello, I got the $250.00 package for the oil change, deck reset, deck cleaning. They did a wonderful job taking care of the mower and cleaning it up. The mower looks brand new out of the box! Tires were inflated and the mower felt as if it is running better than before! I will be coming back here regularly! Edit: They have reached out to me and have admitted the tires may have not been checked. They spoke with their employees to make sure these issues were addressed. Will be taking back to shop to give them another chance when time comes around for another check up."
"Great service, got a part in for the Zero Turn overnight. Pity they had trouble with my accent..lol"
"Update: We were contacted by Randy who was very apologetic and explained that we should have been informed about the additional charges and repairs so we could have authorized or declined them. He offered a reduction in the current repairs that were needed to offset the mistake. He also notified that the person who we had spoken with for the prior quote and who had made the initial mistake no longer works there. BEWARE HIDDEN FEES!!! Received terrible service. Make sure you ask for a TOTAL quote for any service AND estimated labor AND "extra fees" (which they will claim they have no way of knowing). Make sure you get the name(s) of the person or people you talk to when you are requesting specific work to be done. I asked to speak to the service department manager and was transferred to the service department assistant who used the analogy, "Do you ask your waitress if there is an additional charge if you order a side of fries?" We were essentially called liars because they did not have a record of our request for an oil change so that service wasn't even done. We have an oil change done once per year so there was no reason that we wouldn't have requested it at the same time as other repair service. The quote we were given also did not include the price for a repair we had specifically asked for, but they went ahead and did the repair then without authorization of the additional costs so that was an additional unexpected charge. Terrible communication! :( When questioning our final bill, they told us that they can't estimate how long it will take their mechanics to complete the necessary/quoted repairs. As a company that repairs machinery daily and knows what they charge hourly for labor, it makes no sense that they couldn't give an approximation for labor costs. If you do decide you need to use their service (which I would strongly not recommend) just make sure you get a very detailed quote, INCLUDING "SHOP FEES" and estimated "TAXES" as we were also told those fees are not included in the estimate. Our final bill was $200 more than what we were originally quoted which was an almost 40% increase from our original estimate. Just unacceptable."
"Parts staff and shop staff are great and knowledgeable. Sales staff not so much. Agree to price for equipment. Then told they already sold it. They then found the exact one somewhere else but it would cost me $250.00 more (due to price adjustments) Sales poor at returning calls or being in store when they set appointments. They don't even know what inventory they have in stock. Update. Manager called me a few days later. I was able to express my frustration and concerns. He located another unit for me. I Still paid $180 more than originally agreed, but manager took the time to explore a solution and find a workable compromise. I do appreciate the follow up and service that he provided."
"Awesome people to deal with. Loaded a used seed drill, took some patience and creativity to get it on. They got it done safely and in a timely manner."
