"Got a package delivered from Chewy. I was at work and got a notification that it was delivered. Told my mom that it was outside. She said it wasn't. I was very confused! Later my mom was leaving and saw my package on the bottom step, blocking the stairs to all the other apartments. Who ever delivered my package was lazy. Didn't even bother to deliver it to my front door. It wasn't even heavy. Glad no one stole it!!"

"Fedex is Absolutely worthless in our area . The updates on delivery were always changing/wrong, customer service would not tell me if the truck was on it's way today and they refused to give me the depots number so I could enquire. So just left me in limbo after they sent 5 parts of an order to me and one to Tennessee which took over a week to get back to me. At the same time the wife was waiting on medicine which was meant to arrive on Monday. Tried to find out thru customer service what was going on...no luck, so we drove 3 hrs round trip to town to get her medicine as we could not wait any longer for FedEx to arbitrarily deliver it. Again, all updates proved to be wrong. Will notify All vendors to ship UPS whenever they can. Today, another shipment via FedEx is lost and the vendor is having to send a replacement via USPS...which means I wont get it for another week!!! Absolutely worthless organisation...that's why you will see most things from Amazon sent UPS, NOT fedex. But I had to order these other things outside of Amazon...every single package screwed up."

"I had ordered live fish which were to be delivered next day. I waited for them all day on that day yet FedEx never delivered them. I then get a notification telling me they would not be delivered for 3 more days!! I called FedEx to inquire and they told me that the driver had returned to the facility early claiming bad weather!! The weather this day had been sunny and warm with there having been a break in the storms for over 48 hrs and the roads had been cleared. I had even received packages the previous day! Basically this facility told me, with their whole chest, that they would be killing my fish! Usually I have had little to no problems with FedEx but this is completely unacceptable and deserving of less than 1star if I could give it."

"I am not a negative review person. Usually people are doin the best they can. Especially over here on the Eastside. But I’m just so annoyed and I will be sure NOTHING a ever ships fedex again because this has been a common problem in Mammoth. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a package on time from FedEx. The weather has been fine. The roads are clear. I see fedex trucks all over town and my package is still absurdly late. I even order this item with the understanding that it will likely be late and planned around it. I’m so frustrated. Corporate hasn’t been helpful at all. I can’t get ahold of people in Bishop to just come pick it up. It’s a nightmare. I mean….getting mail Mammoth is just awful but it looks like I’m going to stick with UPS because this is just outrageous. Fedex, pay your drivers more so you’re not so under staffed."

"I’d give no stars if I could. Packages NEVER come on time, and for over a week tracking update online reads “on vehicle for delivery.” Calling customer service doesn’t help either. Big thumbs down"
