"I regrettably have to recommend using another Honda dealership than this one. The staff there were high pressure and at best made things confusing, or at worst were outright deceiving. I went in to test drive a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid, which I enjoyed. Either before the test drive happened or immediately after we were done I told the dealer that I was not going to buy anything that day. (This was Dec 23rd, before Christmas) I was then told that they'd give me a special "Christmas" deal if I would commit to buy that day. After deciding to see what the deal was, they made me wait while they got approval from their manager, telling me it was a "crazy" deal they were setting up. In the end the "amazing deal" was just that they removed a warranty upsell that they had told me about earlier. When I asked what about this deal couldn't be done after Christmas, they were flabbergasted and couldn't answer me right away. Eventually saying the upsell warranty was "mandatory" and that the deal was them removing it. They told me the deal would be gone after Christmas when I left. On Tuesday after Christmas they called me to try and resume the deal, making my point that there was nothing urgent the deal they made. Putting me through a high pressure situation for no reason. During the entire exchange I got constant hot and cold treatment depending on how much it seemed like I was likely to buy the car. It was the worst dealership experience I've had and seemed almost cartoonish. If I had gone ahead with the Honda, I would've gone to Cedar Rapids or some other Honda dealership to handle the purchase for the exact same car just with someone else. Go to this dealership at your own risk, and if they pressure you into a same-day purchase with some special deal, double check anything they give you."

"I was going to buy the Honda CRV Hybrid Touring for $41,175 based on the sticker price, but the dealer wanted to add an additional $6,000. This included $3,000 for an extended warranty and another $3,000 for accessories. When I informed them that I did not want the extended warranty, the manager refused to sell the car to me. He claimed that the car's price would increase by $2,000 due to high demand (which I found hard to believe). I couldn't believe what a gimmick he was trying to pull. In the end, I decided to go back to Cedar Rapids Honda Kuehl and bought the car from Chris without any issues or hassle."

"They had a used Toyota Corolla on their website I was interested in, called them and they said it was there. I drove to Iowa city, sales guy says car is in South Dakota. Why tell me car is there when it's not. His boss was a pushy jerk that was trying to talk me into car out my price range. Glad I found a good car at a reasonable price at a small dealer in cedar rapids."
