"I don't know much about cars but I feel comfortable taking my car to Spenler. They are honest with repairs, what needs fixed, what can wait, and the cost. The guys are friendly and don't try to sell you on things you don't need. They can usually fit me in the same day for basic maintenance."
"2 hours at $125 hour to diagnose a broken wire leading to the fuse box on a car that wouldn't start. Mechanic friend said it would be pretty nonsense to spend two hours on the fuel line before even checking the electrical. Who knows. Also $100 for alignment on top of $600 for a new set of tires. Not a wholesale rip-off but I don't think they deserve the comments in the review re reasonable prices, not in my experience."
