"We recently hit a deer with our vehicle and after spending most of the day trying to find a mechanic that would at least be able to tell me if my vehicle was safe to drive that day, I called PB Body Shop and they should have been my first call, because that would have saved me a ton of time that day. They told me to stop by anytime and they'd take a look at it. When I got there, Tom spent a good 30 minutes with me talking over the damage and explaining why he considered it safe to drive. He even discussed areas that could be a concern and what to watch out for. After the assessment, he was able to get me scheduled to get the vehicle repaired in about 10 days, which was less than half the time I was getting from other places in the area. Tom negotiated everything with insurance and by the next day was already ordering parts. He initially gave a 2 week estimate for the repairs and only missed that by a couple of days due to a part being held up in shipping. He did communicate these delays and provided updates daily around and after the expected completion date. Overall the service and level of care for the customer was above and beyond what I would have expected and will definitely return for any body shop needs in the future."
