"The worst service I've ever experienced! My boys were suppose to arrive back to the USA today but their dad did not put them on their plane. I went to his office today to pick up a new custody agreement he had drawn up (per my boys' dad new agreement) in order to get them back in the USA. He put the paper on the receptionist desk along with a pen. I said I was not signing right there I would take it with me and look over it. He raised his voice and cursed at me.
