"Review!!!!! Our recent experience with Abra, North Liberty was not a positive one. The scope of work was not completed as requested by us, the customers. His response was, “Well, we didn’t do it.“ Communication regarding the timeframe they would need our vehicle for repairs was at best, curt: at worse, nonexistent. When initially asked the timeframe, her response was, “I have no idea.” We simply wanted to know if it would be necessary to get a rent-a-car to allow for adequate time for repairs. Repair time took 20 days for minor damage. I had asked for additional work to be done as per a separate estimate and had assumed that was adding to the timeframe which would have been understandable. Then to arrive to pick up the car and be told “Well, we didn’t do it.”"

"I had to have my Challenger bumper replaced they did a great job! Even with the part shortage they made sure I got it in a reasonable time! Jason is very knowledgeable and make sure you understand what is going on! If I body work I would definitely bring my car back here!"
