"Im sad that this shop got ruined for me. Used to get good prices. I left a 2 nd beater car for david to fix. Told him no rush. Well his nephew or someone ran into the back end with a snow plow. At first i wasnt too upset bc i had slight damage to the bak bumper already. But then the tail light fell out cuz he bent the frame. And cracked my bumper in 2 spots. Never admitted what happened when i picked my car up but i noticed immediatley and asked about it. Beyond unprofessional. Didnt even offer me cheap labor in exchange for damages. Guess he was afraid id sue. I just want my tail light to stay in."

"They did unauthorized repairs to my car. When I took car to another mechanic for same problem a week later he pointed out the "backyard mechanic quality" short cuts made by Car Service Specialties. I provided them with a copy of findings & photos taken by the 2nd repair shop and asked Car Service Specialties for SOME of my money back because of the damage caused by their poor quality of work to cover the costs for the additional material and labor to repair their work. I was ignored. I have WON my lawsuit against them and I'm now getting the run around to get my court ordered judgement payment. I will not let it rest in till I receive my judgement amount plus interest paid to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BACKYARD MECHANIC!!!"
