"Let this be a WARNING - I have a slow leak in one tire. I know this because it had a low pressure warning and I added air two weeks ago and yesterday the same tire was low again. I am not an inexperienced car owner but just moved here two weeks ago. I chose Discount Tire because of the close proximity to my home and because of the good reviews. HA!! Before my car was even pulled inside to be looked at, the service tech told my husband it needed all four tires replaced AND that one was unsafe to drive. He really shouldn’t leave without it being repaired. FYI - I drive a 2023 Honda still covered by factory warranty that has had all the regular maintenance done by the dealer in my previous state. I will NEVER do business with this shop and vigorously recommend no one else does either."

Knowledge and customer service. After just having a terrible experience at Lexus who tried to charge me $677 discount tire covered for me.
