"During a recent major snow storm, after spending a lifetime cleaning my car off, I hopped in my car, started it up and turned the windshield wipers on. Instantly my wiper breaks off and goes flying. Ugh - 7:30 am and now what? Called local auto repair place and they said to go to Arnold Motor Supply and they would even put the new wipers on for you. I arrived at Arnold Motor Supply and was greeted with cheerful smiles and a joke. They were so helpful! Looked up what I needed, picked them out for me and replaced them just like I was told. Was back on the road before I knew it!!!"

"Used them to get an engine block machined since Arnold's owns a few shops. Dealt with a lot of mediocre work and lack of communication. I was told at one point they didn't know where my block was at all and took about a month to get them to even locate it. They had my block for about 6-7 months total this year and they last stretch of it they told me multiple times it was being worked on and when I finally got it back it had not been touched at all. When I asked if I could get my money back for the work that was poorly done I was told it wasn't their problem I have to go after the shop that did the work, and then they could not tell me who that even was.... the whole company is pathetic to work with."
