"I regularly go to QuickLane for "The Works" package. I think it is the best deal in town, they treat me and my car with respect, and they are very timely with what needs to be done. The past time I went in, they went above and beyond to make sure I was ready to take my car. They replaced the battery in my key fob at no charge and checked over a few concerns I had-for no extra charge. An extra plus: free wifi is provided. I will continue to go here as long as I live nearby!"

"Customer service was excellent. Polite. Explained wait time for oil change. I am 73 yr old. 2 elderly ladies came in at different times. One was in.service area. Her son told her car was driving jerky She should have tires looked at. Service man asked her to have a seat and they would drive it. 2nd lady also had car in service area, not oil change area. She was not aware of how to do this. Allan Fitz was so understanding and helped both of them. I bought my 2017 Ford Explorer from Stivers and would shop there again. Always get oil change there. Usually 45 min wait. Kudos to you guys."

This time I needed a part for my truck and was pleasantly surprised to learn the parts dept is open till midnight. Worked out great for me!
