They are always honest about a mistake and always do their best to fix it! Their goal is to have a happy customer and they do just that! I’ll eat their food ANYTIME! And shout out to Gerzey, one of the delivery drivers, always prompt and proper! Over all amazing night crew both kitchen and store staff!"

"Tanya at the 1201 N. Jefferson Indianola, IA location, you are amazing! This woman sets the bar sky high with customer service. I called to have a pizza delivered for my brother in laws birthday, he was at work down the street from their store, she said they don't have delivery drivers that come in until 3 pm, the time was 10:30 am, she said but there is a store employee who can deliver it, the web site was down for me to pay, we were on the phone for 45 min attempting to get the pizza paid for, she called her manager about the problem, called me back, finely we got the card to take the payment, in the mean time she had the pizza being prepared, she said several times we are going to get your brother in law his birthday pizza. WOW, her personality was so cheerful, it almost felt like I knew her... Godfathers needs to give her her own store, she goes above and beyond, hands down. I gave her a good tip for her job well done. I will be going by there next week, I hope she will be working that day so I can stop in and meet her. GREAT JOB TANYA."
