"They were fine to work with during the sale of our house. Areas for improvement: 1) They sometimes used template emails to communicate that I found a bit confusing 2) They reached out to us to find things, etc. on occasions when I felt they should have been reaching out to our listing agent 3) The level of kindness and professionalism in communications could be improved a bit- especially as people are going through a stressful time selling their home. 4) Their location that you must go to and sign final documents is quite far to drive to from most of the metro. That said, 3 stars as everything seemed to go fine overall."
