"This place is very close to Red Rosa pizza and that says allot as Red Rossa was the best Neapolitan pizza in the area (Red Rosa is now Franka pizzeria and not nearly as good). Friendly staff but they only serve 12" pizzas so if your getting pizza to go this means you are getting numerous 12" pizzas (Red Rosa had 2 for Tuesdays). Worth the trip to Norwalk to try this place."
"I had the margherita pizza, I came here with the intention of having authentic Neapolitan pizza. The pizza was okay, but it was lacking in areas. The pizza could have used some more basil, the bottom could have been cooked a little longer as it didn't have much color however still had remnants of a little burnt flour. The waitress mentioned that they were having trouble starting the fire earlier so I assume the oven had not gotten up to temp yet causing the top to cook faster than the bottom. The other issue was the edge of the crust, it was pretty doughy, and I don't mean it was undercooked. When the dough is stretched for traditional Neapolitan pizza, you push the gasses that have built up in the dough towards the edge of the pizza resulting in a light airy crust that is still soft inside, the crust I had was dense and chewy but not the good kind of chewy. I noticed the staff making the pizzas were pretty young, like high school age so it could be a skill issue. Neapolitan pizza is probably the hardest pizza to make after all and takes a lot of skill and technique to make and cook properly. The service was great and had great atmosphere, but It's hard for me to recommend the pizza considering what I got and the cost. I came on a Tuesday right after opening so I may come back at a busier time on the weekend to give it another shot."
"Huge fan! Support this small town pizza spot. The food is delish and Jody is a doll!"
"Great service, and the food was high quality. Also, the cheeseballs taste like the ones I had as a child. Have been searching for this kind for a long time."
"Holy smokes this pizza is epic! Everything from the sauce to toppings and crust were on point. Bread sticks were a great way to start and the drink menu has quite a few options. Restaurant has great vibes and everyone was very friendly. Awesome all around!"
