Fortunately, they were able to help fix it and it’s working like new again. Very honest establishment and I would recommend them for anyone looking for jewelry repair!"

"Guy straight up quoted me 85 for a crystal replacement with out magnifier and 115$ with. I asked for the 85$ .I could have bought a whole new watch for $115.The $85 dollars price point was already to high for my blood. I only agreed to it because the watch was a gift .I picked up the watch today He told me I'd I Didn't pay the $115 he would remove the crystal .Well I'm home now and I just found the work slip yup Says 85 dollars just lost a customer! Not worth my time one thing to note he said he had to send out for it .The first time I was there he told me he didn't have a crystal with a magnifier he would have to send out for it .I told him that was OK because I didn't want the one with the magnifier on it.This guys some sort of real-estate big shot and he was willing to conduct him self In that manner well guess what hope that $30 bucks was worth the poor review you just got this wasn't the first job I hired you to do I had you remove the links another watch the whole reason I was in your store.When I went into the store this morning I also witnessed him being rude to two lady's that he was helping .This isn't about $$ 30 it's about the principle .I Have plenty of Money but that doesn't mean I make purchases that don't make sense it's about Principle and customer service yes I do have the original work order that says $85 and no you never called me to adjust that price! It's so funny that a big shot real estate guy and watch shop owner would grovel over 30$ no worries pal consider it severance pay! I dare you to call me a liar like you did my wife who wrote a review in the Parking lot of the mall. I waited until I got home and read your reply to my wife's review before I wrote mine and after you called my wife a liar! Thanks pal your a real class act I just happened to notice reading your other 1 star reviews. The strong resemblance of said Issues the resemblance is striking!"

"Horrible, dishonest. Quoted us a price when we dropped the watch off. He even offered to put in a magnifying glass no extra charge. We were loyal customers. Not anymore. He's a swindler. People and businesses like this are trash and nasty. I would give zero stars. Don't give this place your money."
