They also do not give you any direction as to what’s going on. I was like do I sit down and wait? Are you taking my keys yet? Total silence from the employee. Not a good experience at all for an oil change. I’d rather pay more and go to jiffy lube where they are at least prompt and can communicate what’s going on."
