"This man is one of the best in the area. When it they if it rains it’s gonna pour that was this situation. Pulled into the flying J there in Avoca,IA with my MIL light one I read the code having to do with the throttle valve not an issue easy fix but after I shut down the engine the starter spins and refuses to engage but issue because I don’t have the tools or knowledge for that job. So I start calling looking for parts and a mechanic. Everyone expect him and one other were unwilling to do the job. Jeff the mechanic of 25 hr told me I be there as soon as I am done with job or guy said it would have to be in the morning. Jeff showed at 11:30pm and got to work with a few hiccups getting the starter out we started cooking with fire and it was removed only to find out the starter purchased from Wings was used and missing hardware. Now in my defense I am somewhat versed in these parts but I would not have been able to tell I took the word of Wings Towing and Repair that it was a good part. But Jeff sourced a new one showed and educated me on how this one was no good. All said and done the repair with getting another starter was almost 12-13 hrs with him on site he charged only for the 8hrs and gave me a small discount due on the wait time for me to get another starter to us. He is very personable and knowledgeable if you ask he will educate you in the parts and repair. I look forward to really working with him in the future as my go to mechanic in 100 miles of the Omaha area he is worth every penny."
