"At noon on Friday, March 15, we had a curb mishap that ruptured the sidewalls on two right side tires. We pulled into the nearest parking lot : Jensen Tire & Auto (Downtown). For years, our family has had great experiences with Jensen, being here was fortunate. Ray and his team did a superb job; they had new tires brought in from their warehouse while my wife and I, with two grandkids ate lunch down the block. Amazingly, they had installed and rotated the tires in under two hours at a great price."

"My sons tire had been slashed over the weekend, so we called and had it towed to a “Super Center’s” auto shop. Unfortunately, it had locking lug nuts and we had no key. So they wouldn’t fix it. Monday we had it towed to Jensen Tire and Auto on Harney St. They immediately showed their willingness to help quickly and provide solutions to our problem. They had to order the tire from a different location and could have it in minimal time. My son returned and had it put on and out the door in minutes!! Everyone there was so kind, helpful, and most of all extremely knowledgeable!! I highly recommend this store for all vehicle needs, 200% satisfaction here!!"
