"I unfortunately had a car accident what required a tow. Quality towing was recommended by the dealership where I purchased the car. When the police officer asked who I had called for the tow, the Officer said, ‘they’re solid they won’t be long.’ When the tow driver, Anthony, arrived at the scene, he was very professional and quickly got my car loaded up. As an elderly woman I was rather unnerved by the whole event. I started having a meltdown (crying, shaking, etc). I’m not sure why but I asked Anthony if he could hug me. He was so very sweet and gave me an big old bear hug. What a guy! That’s service above and beyond just a tow. I would highly recommend Quality Towing, not only for their quick response but for the exceptional understanding of this employee to alleviate my fears. Kudos!"
