"I thought I could trust this crew. Suggested that I needed front brakes done. One month after, the right front was still 'tight'. Took car back. They blamed it on the axle. They had failed to put in a new pin boot and/or forgot the grease. Did not turn the disks. Developed a serious wobble when coming to a stop. Took the car elsewhere to be fixed. They replaced the $12 part [pin boot]. They also properly turned all four disks at a total cost of $458.92. Regency has lost my business for lying to me. Honesty is the best part of a business. Admitting to a wrong would have been forgivable."
