"Mr. Rod was amazing. He was a little hard to get a hold of, but him being pretty much a 1 man operation I can understand that. he initially pulled me out of the mud. after getting pulled out I followed him to make payment and my vehicle started overheating. He towed me back to his shop and helped diagnose what the issue was and even tried to help temporarily fix it until I could get a permanent fix. Sadly the issue was more than a temporary fix could remedy and I would have had to wait a day for the part that was needed to get in (and I needed to get back to Omaha for work). So he made a few calls and he was able to give me a tow to the dealership in Omaha. I was really grateful for him being able to get me back to Omaha and that he really did show that he cared about the situation/pickle I was in. If you are ever in/near Syracuse and need help with a vehicle, don't hesitate to give him a call."

"Required a CASH ONLY payment from my 22 year old son, who had run off the road during a blizzard on 29 North, requiring him to BACK TRACK several miles to Syracuse AFTER locating an operational ATM machine in the middle of no-where. The owner would not accept a card payment on the highway, from me over the telephone, nor electronic payment online, nor a mailed check. I am thankful they pulled him out of the snow safely but no one should prioritize evading taxes above their customer's safety."
