"I have the same postal carrier every day and I can count on delivery around 12:30 consistently. She also has hand delivered packages to my doorstep. I had terrible service in southern California till I moved here."

"I have never heard so many excuses as to why this post office cannot preform the basic functions of their job... If the contractor can't handle the exploding population then it is the responsibility of the agency to step in and fix the problem. But their ineptitude won't allow that to happen."

"The mail carrier in my area is horrible! On multiple occasions, packages were "delivered to my mailbox" and when I go to check it, nothing there. Two days later for some reason, I opened the A,B, and C package box that had keys in it already and three of my packages were in there. So, someone that needs a new eyeglass prescription and or drug test put the wrong key in the wrong mailbox! This isn't the first time that this has happened. Also, the incompetent mail worker has also left the whole mailbox opened. I don't know how this can be fixed, but this is unacceptable and should be a fixable offense."

"Our mail carrier is holding our mail, In also reporting back that my address is not an address. I have multiple complaints about this location but this is also a federal offense to be holding our mail when it is being addressed to the correct address and you are not delivering it. You are holding my mail at your own will. I will be reporting you to the USPS postal service this is not acceptable the Carrier is not in control of what is going on in the process of delivery. If it is addressed to my address please deliver my mail and stop holding my mail this is ridiculous and it's kind of childish with the mail Carrier"

"Hi my family and I own a business here in Dayton Nv. We have had so many issues with delivery driver on our route. Considering it’s a business, you’d figure we’d receive our mail. It doesn’t work like that out here. I can watch my tracking make it all the way to the local post office and never receive it unless I pick it up myself. I personally drive to the post office once a week to pick up our companies packages. We have installed an outside mailbox and camera so that they couldn’t say they didn’t have access. We even gave them a key to the mailbox. For some reason they returned the key and still play games with our mail. Not very pleased with the mail delivery out here. I guess our mail delivery is now my responsibility."
